
Hillside Lane Farm provides natural Vermont agricultural based
products for your enjoyment. Our spreads and syrups are handcrafted
at the Vermont Food Venture Center (a commercially licensed kitchen)
using fresh ingredients and no artificial preservatives.
Product development and refinement takes place in the farmhouse
kitchen on Hillside Lane. Our products have been laboratory tested,
and meet Vermont regulations for production and distribution of
specialty food products. Our labels and web site include a complete
nutritional analysis for consumers and a UPC for retailer convenience.
We are members of the Vermont Specialty Food Association (VSFA),
Vermont Fresh Network, Vermont Food Venture Center and work with
the New England Center for Food Entrepreneurship (affiliation between
the University of Vermont and Cornelle University).
Our Fruit Maple Syrups
Vermont Maple Passions fruit maple syrups are a pure combination
of maple syrup and fruit. We do not compromise this natural flavor
with any added water, cane or corn syrup or any other additives.
The six natural fruit flavors are delightful with breakfast and
as a subtle flavoring in a wide variety of condiment, main and dessert
dishes.
Our Fresh Spreads
To ensure high quality, safety and taste consistency Hillside Lane
Farm fresh product containers use tamper evident lined lids, a "use
by" date and nutritional information for your reference. Remember,
our products are made fresh. Taste intensity may vary slightly due
to potency of the ginger, garlic, horseradish, or wasabi. Enjoy!
