Vegan and Organic Pancake Mixes
Our Organic Maple Pancake Mix is available! Handcrafted here in Vermont, we use King Arthur Flour organic flour made of a blend of wheat grains and Organic Vermont Maple sugar. We do not add any salt, so our mix is lower in sodium and also is lower in sugars than many pancake and waffle mixes. Packaged in a recycled chipboard container to avoid bag rips and spills, we also offer this Pancake & Waffle mix with small tins of freshly packed fruit including wild Maine blueberries and cranberries and oranges.

The newly renovated Culinary Center at 24 Pleasant Street in Randolph has six production rooms supporting dry, wet and baked artisan food products with a focus on maximizing opportunities for local agricultural ingredients. Local Foods!

"I love frosting and in any given week it seems that, for better or worse, its not hard to come by. As a family, living in Hanover, New Hampshire, we have so many frosting occasions to attend: from school celebrations, birthday parties and holiday get-togethers to barbeques, fundraisers and athletic events. My family and I are particularly dedicated to eating frosted treats when we have the chance to at these gatherings; and at the same time, I am equally dedicated to staying far away from hydrogenated oils and artificial ingredients. For a Brilliant Brew: Begin with fresh water. Bring to a rolling boil and remove kettle from heat. Swirl a bit in your teapot (or cup) to warm. Toss in 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup and pour the hot water over the leaves. Cover and infuse. Strain into a warm cup.

Our Funlicious Food snack line features gluten and nut free cereal based snacks as well as gluten free brownie bars.
Our Hillside Lane Farm baking mixes are dairy free and vegan. Our Vermont Morning Cereal is vegan and dairy free as well. We offer a Wheat Free Version, although it is not certified gluten free, we do not add any wheat.
New mixes made at our Freedom Food facility from Tokies offer a number of incredibly tasty gluten free alternatives.
